Orders will be dispatched within 2-4 business days. We post Australian & most international orders using the Australia Post Shipping service. Because of the Coronavirus impacts some international orders will be shipped out with DHL.

Customs, taxes, duties, and collection fees may still apply. All duties and/or taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not collected by Jimmy Buffalo, nor are they included in the order total. Some garments contain treated leather, protein based fabric or wood, if you think it may become a problem at customs please direct message the store and I can research and resolve the issue before we ship.

Lost items in the post without tracking it cannot be refunded. Any parcels returned to sender will be re-shipped at the cost of the customer, and we will not be held responsible for parcels that are redirected to a local post office for collection. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate, as I cannot be held responsible for a delayed parcel due to incorrect entry of details. Please consider the security circumstances of your delivery address, as I cannot be held responsible for stolen parcels. Full tracking is available using this service.

Shipping Charges: all charges are in $AU. per class: charge shipping for each shipping class individually. Merchandise is sorted by weight and size. Combined shipping prices available at checkout. Any issues, contact us.

Small item is classed as items that ship at letter size. Small satchel weighs up-to 500g. Medium satchels weigh up-to 1kg.

  • Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt. Returns address available on request.
  • Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed. Will not be refunded if item is destroyed by washing
  • For hygienic reasons intimate merchandise, such as socks, face masks and underwear, cannot be returned.
  • Returns & refunds cannot be accepted on sale items.
  • We do not offer refunds for change of mind on sale and discounted items.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Items can be refunded but only if the item is faulty or broken, not because of a change of mind. You can receive a full refund if the item is sent back in the original condition. When buying vintage please consider the description and Info On Buying Vintage in the FAQs before purchase. contact us with your order number and a brief description of the fault.
  • Please also note, if garments are washed incorrectly and the garment is damaged it is not eligible for a refund.
  • You will receive your return in the form of original payment.
  • For your own peace of mind, I recommend that you use a trackable postage service, as I am unable to process a refund or credit note for any parcels that get lost on their way.

We accept payment via Visa, MasterCard, American Express & PayPal. Depending on the device you are using, GooglePay & ApplePay may also be available to you.

Orders

Order Tracking

To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.

Please double check the shipping option you selected, cut off times for ordering and the date which we said it will be shipped by. You can check shipping timescales here. If it’s after 9pm on that date then it’s late. If it’s before the advised shipping date and you’ve had your dispatch email, then it’s on its way. Your shipping date has to have passed for us to be able to investigate where your order is.If your shipping date has passed, please contact us by going to the ‘Contact Us’ tab on this page and have your order number ready.
