- Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt. Returns address available on request.
- Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed.
- For hygienic reasons intimate merchandise, such as socks and underwear, cannot be returned.
- Returns & refunds cannot be accepted on sale items.
- We do not offer refunds for change of mind on sale and discounted items.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Items can be refunded but only if the item is faulty or broken, not because of a change of mind. You can receive a full refund if the item is sent back in the original condition. When buying vintage please consider the description and Info On Buying Vintage in the FAQs before purchase. contact us with your order number and a brief description of the fault.
Please also note, if garments are washed incorrectly and the garment is damaged it is not eligible for a refund.
You will receive your return in the form of original payment. Store credit is available on request and valid in $AU.
For your own peace of mind, I recommend that you use a trackable postage service, as I am unable to process a refund or credit note for any parcels that get lost on their way.
