The puff sleeves, dropped waist and collar elements accentuate the feminine style. Slip on style, easy untie the neck bow on the front key hole and slip over the head. Elastic in the sleeve. Made by Susan Parsons, based in Sydney Australia. Fabric is 100% Polyester, semi sheer, non stretch and light weight. Dated to be 1970s, 1980s.
