The textured white and lime green gingham is made of 53% Polyester 47% Rayon & slightly sheer. The blouse is 90s vintage and Jimmy Buffalo has reclaimed & added thin black velvet bows to the front. Shoulder pads in the garment had strength to delicate aesthetic. Like new!
