Early 1980s blue cotton textured blouse with contrast lace puff sleeves and a double layered collar. With a front panel of knife pleats adorning either side of the button through placket. The neckline is a deep V with a large pointed collar. The sleeves have puff at the shoulder, finish at elbow length and are cuffed with a cotton polyester blend broidery anglaise lace.
