The collar has some rust spots on both in outside & inner. Fabric is cotton with a mixture of rayon, possibly.
The collar can be worn by tucking down the top layer around the neck or leaving it out so it has a high neck styling. Either way!
Fastening is new, as the item had no fastenings attached. 2 x hooks & 1 x eye bar
